The rental is an LGBTQ friendly house share in a comfortable spacious home in the DC suburb of Kensington, MD. The suite includes the master bedroom with queen bed and ample closet space, bathroom with two sinks, large shower with two heads. The... shared space in the house has a large living room, dining room, large eat in gourmet kitchen, back deck with grill, and a finished basement with 56inch TV screen and surround sound. Stream movies and shows, voice controls, Roku, remote control, Netflix, Hulu, Max, Kanopy and more. Gaming is possible as well. There is a surround sound system.

You will share the house with a full time working professional and two cute cats.

The house is located in Kensington Parkwood and is a mile walk to the charming Town Center of Kensington with restaurants, shops, antiques, bakery, grocery store, a bank and a farmers market. Parkwood is a quiet, friendly, family-oriented neighborhood with tree-lined streets and a warm vibe. Rock Creek Park with lovely walking and biking trails, is a few blocks away. The house is one block from the bus stop, and a mile and a half to the Metro (Medical Center or Grosvenor stops).
