DUPONT Large BDRMS, OR WHOLE HOUSE! 3-min walk metro & GU shuttle! Cleaning, util, & wifi incl

NOTE: A 2-bedroom basement apartment is available at the same address, for $3800/month, all-inclusive. Will consider renting each bedroom individually for $1900/month. SCROLL TO BOTTOM to see pics
NOTE: This listing is also available as a 4-BDRM...
unit under 1 lease.

A 3-min walk to red-line metro, 2 blocks away, this Dupont Circle historic, modernly-renovated row house has FOUR bedrooms.

There are TWO bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Room A is occupied by a Georgetown University male grad student from London in a masters program in International Relations. It has a queen-sized bed, marble-top desk and table, nightstand and decorative fireplace.

Room B is very large with a queen-sized platform bed, expansive glass and blond wood desk, office chair, 52-inch tv, fireplace and leather lounge chair. Also included in the room is a private half-bathroom comprised of a sink, vanity and toilet. You would use the shower/bathtub in the hall bathroom--cleaned biweekly--that is shared with 2 others. $1950/month.

There are TWO bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Room C, is very large with a king-sized bed, work table and office chair, 52-inch tv and console, garment rack, triple-paned windows and blackout curtains. There is a walk-in clothing closet/drawer system in the hallway that you could share with the occupant of Room D. You would share the 2nd floor hall bathroom--cleaned biweekly--with 1-2 other people. $1875/month

Room D is the other room on the 3rd floor. It is very small, containing a queen-size TemPurpedic bed, glass and blond-wood shelving unit and small folding desk and chair. Disregard the futon in the picture—it has been replaced with the high-end TemPurpedic bed. You would use the large walk-in closet in the hallway. $1875/month.

Room D’s private bathroom consists of a large walk-in limestone shower, a double-sink granite vanity and a separate water closet.

The ideal occupants will considerately clean up after themselves; be friendly/cordial with each other but more often than not, socialize outside of the home, perhaps occasionally having 2-3 people over for a meal. This is not a party house; this is grown folks living, lol.

Utilities, wifi, bi-weekly bathroom & kitchen cleaning and furnishings (bedroom and common areas) are included. You must supply your own towels, pillows and linen.

The washer/dryer is conveniently located in a 3rd floor hallway closet.

Tenants have full access to first floor which contains: fully furnished and equipped living and dining rooms; kitchen; and back deck. This floor also has original crown molding, hardwood floors, 11-foot ceilings and two fireplaces.

All Housemates undergo a nationwide background check.

99 Walkability Score! Just 2 blocks from red line Dupont metro station and Capitol Bike share station (a 3-minute walk--you will be forever spoiled!) Major bus lines to Downtown, Georgetown and Columbia Heights (including Target, Best Buy, Marshalls) are 1 block away.

The night-life of 14th Street Corridor, U Street Corridor and Adams-Morgan is a 10-15 minute walk away. FREE GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY and GU HOSPITAL shuttle 2 BLOCKS AWAY.
